Sadhana Intensive

Build willpower, strength and boost your vital energy

Sadhana Intensive is a two-week programme devised by Swami Vishnudevananda based on his own Hatha Yoga Sadhana in the Himalayas.

He said that six months of this intensive practice gave him the energy to carry out his mission of spreading the teachings of Yoga in the West for the next 40 years.

Programme structure

The Sadhana Intensive is structured around daily individual self-practice sessions, with particular emphasis on intense and prolonged pranayama.

You will progress towards eight hours of Hatha Yoga per day, balanced by the study of classical scriptures.

Twice each day, you will meet with your teachers who will guide you individually in your practice.

The controlled environment and rigorous discipline of Sadhana Intensive create ideal conditions for profound transformation, generating the inner strength and willpower necessary to advance on the spiritual path.
