Traumatic experiences leave deep impressions in our subconscious mind and can prevent us from living our lives in a happy and fulfilling way.
In this workshop we will use ancient yoga techniques to stimulate positive changes in mental patterns, in order to overcome negative impressions from the past and create new impressions that are beneficial to our mental health.
Topics of the lectures:
- How to use Raja Yoga (yoga psychology) techniques to detect and counteract negative impressions from the past
- Replace negative thoughts with the power of positive thinking
- The proven methods of yoga to overcome anxiety and fear
- The power of meditation and the use of mantras to create a healthy mental environment
- Application of deep relaxation to dissolve mental and physical tensions
- Develop a neutral mental state to free yourself from inner blocks and regain control of one’s life
- Become the observer of one’s mind to connect with the bliss of the inner self, which is which is free of trauma.
The rest of the day follows the usual yoga vacation schedule.

Kaivalya Carmel Johnson
Kaivalya Carmel Johnson has a degree in psychology and has been a Sivananda yoga teacher for 15 years at the Yoga Centre in Paris. She is also a translator and teacher for the Sivananda Teachers’ Training Courses in Northern India. She has guided many people in their lives and relationships.
