Swami Sivananda says:
“Prana is the sum total of all the energy that manifests in the universe. It is the sum total of all the forces of nature. Everything that moves, works or has life is but an expression or manifestation of Prana.
Prana is related to the mind, and through the mind to the will, and through the will to the individual soul, and through the soul to the Supreme Being.”
As Hatha Yogis, we can practice controlling the small waves of prana that flow through the mind.
