Deepen your practice of Pranayama, the art of yogic breathing

This course focusses on deepening your pranayama practice. Increasing your practice of prananama will bring mental clarity, improved concentration, self confidence and new vitality. The course is open to yoga practitioners who have an established daily practice of asanas and pranayama. This course is not open to beginners.
Additional to the usual ashram schedule, there will also be an extra session of pranayama practice during the day.
