This course teaches how to integrate people with special needs into a yoga class: the elderly, people with reduced mobility, those recovering from an accident, illness or a difficult period. It contains theoretical presentations and practical workshops.

Swami Nityananda
Swami Nityananda is an experienced yoga teacher. She teaches during the Teacher Training Courses (TTC) in India and France since 2008. She has been given senior’s classes in the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Paris for more than a decade. She is a very warm and compassionate instructor with a great love for sharing the teachings of yoga.
