This course gives tools to yoga teachers willing to integrate in their classes, students with special needs like the elderly, people with disabilities, diseases, injuries or people going through a challenging period of life. It contains practical workshops and lectures.
Topics:
- How to structure asana classes for all, keeping the classical approach of yoga
- Creating an encouraging environment for people who need adapted classes
- Being open-minded by observing and giving alternatives according to each need with ideas and tips to adapt
- Beyond asanas: pranayama, meditation techniques, chanting mantras, and concentration practices for all
With certificate of participation.
This course will be given in French only.

Swami Nityananda
Swami Nityananda is an experienced yoga teacher. She teaches during the Teacher Training Courses (TTC) in India and France since 2008. She has been given senior’s classes in the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Paris for more than a decade. She is a very warm and compassionate instructor with a great love for sharing the teachings of yoga.
