Amandine Roche is a human right specialist at the United Nations.In the last 20 years, she participated in 20 peace negociations in conflict zones in Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. Her work focuses on human rights, democratisation, freedom of expression, education, women emancipation. She has a PhD in international affairs, a master in political science and in international law. She spent time in India learning inner peace techniques with spiritual masters.She is the author of three books and a yoga teacher. She founded the Amanuddin fondation in Kabul to help develop a culture of peace and non-violence, promote goodwill through teaching Yoga and meditation to prisoners, women, children and soldiers.
