Intermediate class in french

The practice consists of a short session of pranayama (breathing exercises) and a sequence of classical postures, focusing on breathing and relaxation, gradually leading you to stay longer in the postures. In the final relaxation you experience the three levels of relaxation: physical, mental and spiritual – the essential experience of yoga.
Class is taught in French.
