The classes given during this workshop are designed for complete beginners or those who have practiced yoga occasionally.
You will benefit from a progressive teaching of basic postures that develop strength and flexibility, breathing exercises that increase energy and concentration, and physical and mental relaxation techniques. By the end of the first class, you will feel calm and well-being.
This course is a complete introduction to yoga and covers :
- Yoga postures (asanas)
- Breathing exercises (pranayama)
- Relaxation exercises
- Proper nutrition
- Positive thinking and meditation
The teaching is done in small groups and consists of 4 sessions of one and a half hours.
At the end of the course you will be ready to participate in the gentle/intermediate classes.
