You are what you eat? You are also what your grandparents ate!
Ancient yogis have long known about our intergenerational connection and our place in it. Our lifestyle is the key to a happy, healthy life and it even connects us through the generations.
We will explore the genetic, epigenetic and molecular mechanisms of health, wellbeing and happiness and how they might inspire us to live in in harmony with our
own nature.
Find out how your body and mind interact with your environment and how deeply connected we all are on a molecular level. You might be more in control of your mind and body’s wellbeing mechanisms than you think!

  • DNA is not destiny: understanding Epigenetics
  • How lifestyle connects us to our ancestors and offspring
  • Introducing positive lifestyle habits for a healthier biology
  • Changing your gene activity with Yoga practice
  • We are as young as we live: aging and lifestyle
  • Lifestyle, diet and stress – a deep connection
  • Relaxing your genes through meditation and a positive mind

The rest of the programme follows the yoga vacation daily schedule.

A negative COVID 19 test is required before arrival (please send your test result via email to orleans@sivananda.net on the eve of arrival).
