Puja for Lord Ganesha with Recitation of his 108 Names with Yagneshwara Dixit, a South Indian priest based at the ashram in Orleans.

Yoga recommends the invocation of symbols as a natural way to develop concentration and as a concrete reference to your own spiritual beliefs. Our priest Yagneswara Dixit will perform an online puja from the ashram in Orleans. He will explain the mantras, mudras (hand gestures), yantras (geometric meditation diagrams) as well as the philosophical and mythological aspects of the deities. If you already have a statue or symbol at home, you can learn to perform a simple ceremony on your altar at home.
The course will be given only in English.
