Yoga relaxation days

Enjoy the quiet time of winter with a gentle rhythm of daily one yoga class, morning and evening meditation and two energizing vegetarian meals. The rest of the day is free from activities to allow ample time for relaxation and nature walks. Due to the Teachers’ Training Course happening at that time there might be limited space available. Please call the Ashram in advance (or send an email) to enquire about availability.
