This course focuses on perfecting your pranayama practice. By increasing your pranayama practice, you will increase mental clarity, concentration, self-confidence and vitality. This course is for people who already have an established asana and pranayama practice.

The course consists of 200 hours. It includes daily personal guidance with a tutor.
Students will receive a diploma allowing them to teach yoga online. To complete the training and to teach face-to-face, they will have to take an additional 9-day module at the ashram in 2022.
