During this month-long intensive the student experiences the purifying and transformative power of a Yoga practice. Further deepen your spiritual practice and study of vedanta, raja yoga, anatomy and sanskrit. The course is taught by senior disciples of Swami Vishnudevananda and is considered to be the next step after the 300-hour Sivananda TTC.
